1358 GMT European markets are broadly flat as ranges narrow slightly ahead of the weekend. The STOXX Europe 600 is 0.05% up at 349.13. A combination of financial services providers weigh the index, as the sector comes off its highs, built earlier in the week on positivity stemming from the Greek debt discussions. The under-pressure telecoms sector also dips, with Eutelsat falling heaviest. The FTSE 100 is down 0.04% at 348.76. Capita is one of the few companies moving by more than 2% after it had its rating cut. The German DAX gains 0.05% to 10277.5. Very narrow ranges see steel tick down and medical technology companies inch up.(david.hodari[a]wsj.com; [a]davidhodari)
